Role: Service Desk Agent - L1 Support
Location: Phoenix - AZ (Remote until COVID)
Duration: 11+ Months
Payrate: $20/hr on w2
Exp: 6 to 10 years
Hiring process:  Phone Interview
Onboarding process: Paperwork + BGC
Note: Laptop Will Be Provided By Company For Work. 

Position Summary   

Additional Job Details:        
1. Work experience with clients supporting service desk or support center for corporate support
2. Ability to work in a 24x7 shift based environment
3. Good understanding of Computers and technical Troubleshooting skills

Required skills:
• Answer End user calls and make outbound calls for incident follow up
• Provide First level resolution
• Ticket Creation/Categorization/Prioritization
• Ticket escalation to respective Support Group
• Incident Resolution and recovery
• Ticket Closure and follow-up on aging or open tickets

Preferred Skills:

Collaborate with Team Leads in terms of Service Outages
Strong multitasking skills handling voice calls and document at the same time
Good Analytical & Coordination skills
