Remote/WFH and equipment will be provided.


  • Listen to and monitor call center work for customer satisfaction, compliance, and QA scorecard processes and procedures
  • Perform live call monitoring and compile performance data for management
  • Ensure calls comply with internal quality standards and overall consistency in the delivery of “best-practices”
  • Follow all applicable compliance and regulatory standards
  • Any other responsibilities as assigned by the manager
