Job Description

Quality assurance (QA) in call centers is a process that ensures you're performing according to the standards of your company.
This is done by monitoring and evaluating your team based on the key performance indicators (KPIs) that you have set
Listen to and monitor call center work for customer satisfaction, compliance, and QA scorecard processes and procedures
Perform live call monitoring and compile performance data for management
Ensure calls comply with internal quality standards and overall consistency in the delivery of “best-practices”
Follow all applicable compliance and regulatory standards.
