•            Basic ITIL Support process & knowledge
•            SQL, UNIX & Batch scripts knowledge
•            Ticketing tools - JIRA/ Service now/BMC Remedy - Any ticketing tool
•            Willing to working on Shifts [24*7]

Secondary skill
•            Java/.NET knowledge[Optional]
•            AS/400 or Mainframes [Optional]
•            Health care Domain knowledge
