Job Description
Parameters that we could look at are:
Experience, specific domain, qualifications, threshold met for hiring criteria on voice skills, problem solving skills, analytical skills, judgement skills etc.,
  • Higher level of proficiency in articulating solutions in a concise and crisp manner
  • Experienced in dealing with a sophisticated client base
  • Extremely tech savvy
  • Ability to understand customer’s needs in a more comprehensive way, than what is asked. This leads to offering creative solutions.
  • Possesses salesmanship skills, which enables the person to build customer loyalty and retention and not just offer an answer to the questions being posed
  • Can act as the point of escalation, rather than routing those questions elsewhere, thereby reducing the response time
  • Usually has some college education
