  • 1 – 5 year minimum inbound call center experience
  • Able to work Mon – Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Central Time (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern Time)
  • 1 – 5 year minimum experience with Health Insurance, Health Care or Provider Office
  • Preferably candidates located in Florida and Texas
  • College Graduate (Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree) preferred
  • CSR is Responsible for answering inbound calls for 8 hours a day
