Clinical Trials Coordinator

Min Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree; preferred in life sciences/healthcare 
  • Overall experience of 5+ years with leading teams, managing a team of 5 – 10+ direct reports
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written. Should be able to adapt communication style to suit different audiences. Demonstrates a proactive approach to team management
  • 3+ years in Clinical Study Operations, customer service experience; preference for call center experience
  • Demonstrated capability in driving performance improvement and managing people
  • Client focused and solutions oriented; Good problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to comprehend and analyze client situations and use judgment to help analysts apply the most appropriate solution for the client
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross functional and global teams
  • Self-learner interested in both the how and the why
  • Ability to educate customers on product questions
  • Ability to prioritize effectively according to changing circumstances and manage multiple projects while maintaining strict attention to detail
  • Decision making with ability to apply judgment to processes and situations
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in managing clinical study operations (Recruitment, coordination and support)
  • Proficiency with G Suite will be added advantage
  • Project management experience; Outlining and developing projects. Delegate project tasks based on staff members’ individual strengths, skill sets and experience level
  • E-mail and chat support experience
  • Experience working in and with a global organization
Responsibility:
 
People/Team:
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to team
  • Drive knowledge management and continuous up skilling of the team
  • Conduct performance appraisals for team members, as needed
  • Manage attrition through skip level meetings, planning interventions, engagement calendars
  • Manage relationships with collaborators, to ensure optimal quality and performance.
  • Conduct quality audits for team on a regular, ongoing basis
