4424 Inbound Call Center Reps

Job Description:
Pay Rate : $15/hr on w2
Role:  Remote Customer Service Rep
Shift Time: 8 hours shift between  9am-11pm (Eastern time)
       
Mode of interview :  Technical Assessment and Telephonic Interview .
Equipment will be provided by the client for remote working. If selected there will be a drug test and a background check.
 
  •   Experience in the healthcare industry and in a professional office environment.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word, including the creation and linking of documents and data.
  • Prior call center/customer service experience is required.
  •    Working knowledge of claim processing applications; Facets/QNXT preferred.
  •    Must type 12,500 keystrokes per hour ( 50 WPM) , be proficient in data entry and have excellent attention to details
  •  Education:  High school diploma, GED Certificate or equivalent.
