Job Title: Call Center Agent
Pay rate: $15/hr on W2
Covid -19 remote
Hiring process: Online Assessment + phone interview
Onboarding process: Paperwork + BGC+ DT
Under supervision, this position is responsible for assisting the Customer Service department with inbound calling only when necessary, completing outbound calling for Enrollment related routes, handling miscellaneous correspondence and faxed documents, route management for various clients, Provider Portal verification, and various Ancillary tasks. Performs both on demand and pro-active services for the clients, members, providers, and departments. Receives, researches, resolves and documents member, provider, client and department inquiries while ensuring compliance with state and federal laws. Maintains effective relationships with external and internal customers.
You will work virtually. You will be provided company laptops.
Please note After training agents will have the opportunity to bid on a schedule during our operating hours, all agents will have at least 1 required weekend day for the duration of open enrollment (5 days working and 2 days of fixed off but 5 working days will include one day of the weekend and 4 weekdays), until we ramp down in the late spring, after which it will revert to Monday – Friday
