Information Technology Customer Support– Administration

Cincinnati, OH
  • Perform technical, administrative and operational tasks necessary to assist the IT department in providing quality customer service to Agency staff.
  • Knowledge of help desk procedures such as logging and responding to tickets, calls and emails.
  • Provide troubleshooting support and problem analysis with resolutions.
  • Provide assistance with password and log on procedures.
  • Receive, unpack, assemble, configure, carry, install and test personal computers, printers and related equipment and software.
