Pay rate : $14/hr on W2

Duties and Responsibilities:
The purpose of this document is to clarify the scope of work as well as provide a resource document for questions candidates may have for the Medicare role.
Call Center Hours of Operation:
· Medicare call center hours are Monday- Friday through steady-state (April-September) 8AM-8PM AZ time
· Medicare call center hours change to Monday-Sunday during Open Enrollment, October- March are (April-September) 7AM-9PM AZ time
· Client reserves the right to change business hours based on business needs
