The Learning Management System Admin on Training team is responsible for the structure, maintenance and troubleshooting of the LMS system. This will include the quality testing of new features and functionality prior to launch. You will support the team by managing quality assurance for all elearning content that is developed, ensuring that it functions properly to reduce the impact on our external audience. This will include managing the system architecture and content deployment within the system to provide a good user experience and allow for consistent data and reporting.  You will also support the creation and maintenance of both internal and external dashboards, ensuring that data is accurate, mapped correctly and displayed correctly. 
●        Maintaining content structure and identify when content needs to be reviewed/updated
●        Troubleshoot and answer technical ticket issues, on the Learning Management System and online courses deployed through LMS
●        Provide daily project updates on ongoing setup and maintenance of content of Intellum
●        Quickly resolve technical problems that interrupt learner use and tracking
●        Validate and test changes to Learning Management System keeping accurate and detailed test plans and results
●        Run system reports and develop custom reports to meet stakeholder needs
●        Coordinate mass course enrollments and manage automatic logic enrollments to required courses
●        Usability and QA testing content, UI, and content structure to optimize our program for end learners
●        Complete special projects to be added as required by the Learning team
Minimum Qualifications:
●        Analytical and detailed oriented
●        Excellent listening and communication skills (written and verbal). Strong judgment with a positive attitude
●        Self-starter with ability to work independently and on multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
●        Technical Background experience with troubleshooting
Preferred Qualifications:
●        Learning management system (LMS) experience (Intellum preferred)
●        Proficiency in Google Docs, Gmail, Excel
●        HTML Coding & HTML5 Experience
●        Building Dashboards
●        Experience with training industry standards (SCORM / AICC)
●        Usage of both PC and Apple products
●        SQL Basics with the aptitude to learn
